Oreo Ice Cream Cake
Oreo Ice Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 to 30 oreo cookies, crushed, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, 1 can hershey's chocolate syrup and 1 can eagle brand condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine cookies and butter.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan; freeze 30 minutes.
Top cookie layer with softened ice cream. Freeze 30 minutes.
Combine condensed milk, syrup and butter in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Cool thoroughly. Add vanilla.
Put over layer of ice cream.
Frost with Cool Whip. Serves 12 or more.
