Oreo Ice Cream Dessert
Oreo Ice Cream Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. melted butter, 1 pkg. oreo cookies, crushed, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (either vanilla or chocolate), 2 c. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Reserve 1/2 cup cookie crumbs for top.
Combine crumbs and butter.
Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes. Cool.
With electric mixer, blend pudding, milk and vanilla.
Add ice cream and mix well.
Spread over cooled crust.
Let set until firm.
Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate until serving time.
