Oreo Ice Cream Dessert
Oreo Ice Cream Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. oreo cookies, mixed in blender, 1/3 c. oleo or butter, melted, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened, 1 jar fudge topping (smucker's) and 11 oz. jar peanuts (put in blender), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix Oreos in blender.
Save half.
Mix half of crumbled Oreos and the oleo or butter (melted).
Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
Layer the other ingredients: softened ice cream, fudge topping, peanuts (put in blender) and Cool Whip.
Then add the rest of Oreo mixture.
Freeze and remove from freezer before serving.
Let set out a few minutes to soften.
