Oreo Ice Cream Pie
Oreo Ice Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box instant vanilla pudding, 1 small box instant vanilla pudding, 3 c. half and half, 1 large bag oreo cookies and 1-16 oz. whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Crush oreo's in food processor.
Melt oleo and add 2 c. crushed cookies.
Press into bottom of a 13 x 9 inch dish.
Mix puddings and half/half and let set for 5 minutes.
Fold together pudding, whipped topping and 1-1/2 c. crushed oreo.
Pour filling into crust and sprinkle with remaining cookies on top.
Place in freezer.
Remove 1/2 hour before ready to serve.
Does not melt fast.
