Oven-Roasted Potatoes
Oven-Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 garlic clove, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat oven to 375°.
Place potatoes in 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) or 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Pour margarine mixture over potatoes. Toss to coat evenly. Bake at 375° for 55 to 60 minutes or until tender, crisp and lightly browned, stirring twice during baking.
