Oven-Steamed Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. raw converted white rice, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 1/2 c. boiling water and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine rice, salt and pepper in 1 1/2-quart ungreased casserole.
Dot top with butter.
Pour boiling water over rice mixture and stir in butter.
Cover and bake 45 minutes.
