Pakistani Chicken Curry
Pakistani Chicken Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boned chicken breasts, 3 cloves garlic, 6 tbsp. butter or vegetable shortening, 1 tbsp. ground coriander and 1 tsp. ground cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute the onions, garlic and ginger in the shortening until the onion is golden brown.
Add the pieces of chicken, yogurt, tomato paste and the spices.
Mix well and fry for about 15 minutes by which time it should become rather dry.
Sprinkle in about 2 cups of hot water and allow to cook until chicken is tender.
If necessary, add more water half way through.
Makes about 6 servings.
