Pam's Mega Soup
Pam'S Mega Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. okra, sliced, 1 large tomato, cut into chunks, 1 white onion, chopped, 2 stalks celery, chopped and 2 tbsp. bacon drippings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute first four ingredients in drippings until onion is clear.
Add Ro-Tel, Worcestershire, water and bouillon.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer.
Add mixed veggies and potatoes. In separate skillet, brown meat.
Drain fat.
Season generously with salt and black pepper.
Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Simmer a few minutes more.
Add contents of skillet to soup.
Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Great as is or serve with rice.
