Parmesan Noodles
Parmesan Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. corn flakes, crushed to equal 1/2 c. flakes, 1 c. parmesan cheese, grated, 12 oz. broad egg noodles, uncooked, 1/4 c. margarine and 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix corn flakes with cheese.
Set aside.
In large saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain thoroughly. Do not rinse.
In same sauce pan, combine drained, hot noodles with margarine and parsley.
Add cereal mixture and toss lightly. Serve immediately on warm platter. Serves 8.
