Parmesan Round Steak
Parmesan Round Steak is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. boneless round steak (3/4-inch thick), 1 egg, beaten, 1/3 c. milk, 1/2 c. breadcrumbs and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Trim fat from steak and cut into serving size pieces.
Combine egg and milk and beat well.
Combine breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and Accent.
Dip steak in egg mixture; dredge in breadcrumbs and brown in bacon drippings.
Place steak in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Add water and sprinkle with oregano and cheese.
Then add onions; sprinkle with remaining salt and paprika.
Cover tightly and bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
