Pasta House Tortellini
Pasta House Tortellini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 oz. tortellini, 8 oz. half and half, 1/4 stick margarine, 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms and 1/4 c. frozen peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook tortellini until half done; strain and return to pan. Add cream, margarine, mushrooms, peas and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook slowly until tortellini is fully done.
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan.
