Pasta Primavera
Pasta Primavera is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches broccoli, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, carrots and celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook pasta until al dente. Cut vegetables into small pieces and break apart broccoli.
Saute carrots, celery, mushrooms, tomato and onion in virgin oil.
Add broccoli, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth. Simmer for 5 more minutes. Combine with pasta and serve with sprinkles of Parmesan cheese and parsley.
