Pasta with Tuna and Peas
Pasta With Tuna And Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. small tube macaroni or elbows, 1 (6 oz.) can tuna in water, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 2 c. frozen peas and 3 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In 3 tablespoons oil, brown garlic and onion.
Add tomato sauce, peas, seasoning and 2 cups of water.
Simmer for 7 to 8 minutes.
Stir in tuna with the water.
Remove from heat.
In the meantime, cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Add to tuna and pea mixture.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
