Pat's Spaghetti Sauce
Pat'S Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger meat, 6 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste, 6 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 3 tbsp. italian seasoning and 2 medium onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onion and garlic until clear.
Add hamburger meat and brown.
In another pot combine tomato paste and tomato sauce.
Add seasonings and simmer 1/2 hour.
Add ketchup and contents of skillet.
Simmer 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Makes a very thick rich sauce.
