Peach-Apricot Delight(Uncooked Ice Cream) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans evaporated milk, 3 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar, 4 or 5 fresh, soft peaches, mashed fine or 1 large can peaches, drained and mashed and milk to fill freezer can, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine evaporated milk, sugar, apricot nectar and peaches. Pour into freezer can and add milk to fill line.
Freeze according to freezer instructions.
Makes 4 quarts.
