Peach Ice Cream

Made with 6 c. whole milk, 1 1/2 quarts, 1 c heavy cream, 1/2 pint, 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice, seeds to be removed and 2 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into 1 gallon electric ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufactures instructions, about 35 to 40 minutes. Freeze until firm. Freeze any leftovers immediately. Yield about 1 gallon.
