Peach Ice Cream Soda is an easy dinner. Made with 1 ripe peach, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/3 c. sweet peach or apricot nectar, seltzer and 2 scoops vanilla or peach ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mash the peach in bottom of a large glass with the sugar.
Add ice cream and the nectar.
Fill the glass with seltzer.
