Peach Tart(Deliciously Different) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. cake flour, 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour, 6 tbsp. sugar, divided, 1/2 tsp. salt and 4 tbsp. cold butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a bowl, combine cake flour, whole-wheat flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and salt.
Cut in the butter until crumbly.
Add oil and toss with a fork.
Gradually add water and buttermilk.
Toss until mixture sticks together; shape into a ball, cover and put in refrigerator for at least an hour to chill.
Then roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to a 14-inch circle.
Place on a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking sheet. (I use pizza pan.)
