Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Melt oil (or margarine) and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Add sugar to egg in a mixing bowl.
Beat well.
Stir in the peanut butter mixture and vanilla.
Mix in sifted dry ingredients, then peanuts.
Turn into greased 8-inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β°.
