Mix graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar together.
Melt margarine and peanut butter together, then mix with crackers and sugar.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour 1 package chocolate chips on top.
Put under broiler just long enough for chocolate to melt, then spread evenly over top.
Chill and cut into squares.
