Mix first three ingredients well and form into 1-inch balls. Flatten and press a chocolate kiss into top of each cookie.
Bake at 350Β° for 5 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
These cookies are very rich and taste like Reese's cups.
