Pecan Crumb Tarts
Pecan Crumb Tarts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. coconut flakes and 2 tbsp. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Blend together graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Divide mixture in 8 paper cups.
Set in muffin tins.
Press crumb mixture firmly against bottom and sides of cups with a small custard cup or glass.
Refrigerate while preparing filling.
When filling has cooled, put into tart shells and sprinkle with mixture of coconut and pecans.
Refrigerate overnight.
