Pecan Lace Cookies
Pecan Lace Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. plus 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl, stirring well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small mixing bowl; add mixture.
Vanilla and pecans. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart onto aluminum foil lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes. Let cool completely on cookie sheets; peel off aluminum foil. Store cookies in airtight containers.
Yields 5 dozen.
