Pecan Tarts
Pecan Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. flour, 1 stick or 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 3/4 c. brown sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine cream cheese and 1 stick margarine with flour (first 3 ingredients).
Refrigerate until firm enough to roll into balls the size of medium size marbles.
Press into pastry muffin pans. Combine remaining ingredients and drop by teaspoons into pastry lined muffin pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool before removing.
