Pennsylvania Pepper Steak
Pennsylvania Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. stew meat, 2 small cans tomato sauce, 2 medium green peppers, 1 tsp. paprika and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut thick cubes of meat into thin slices.
In large skillet, brown meat lightly.
Set aside.
Slice peppers into long, thin slices.
Add to meat with tomato sauce and water.
Stir and simmer.
Add salt, pepper and paprika.
Simmer one hour, stirring occasionally.
When meat mixture is tender, boil water for noodles.
Cook according to directions.
Serve meat mixture over egg noodles.
