Peppermint Candy Ice Cream Pie
Peppermint Candy Ice Cream Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs, 6 tbsp. melted butter, 1 pt. peppermint ice cream, softened, 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, partially thawed and 3 tbsp. finely crushed peppermint candy, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and butter in small bowl; mix well.
Press over bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
Combine ice cream and whipped topping in bowl; mix until smooth.
Spoon into pie shell.
Sprinkle with crushed candy.
Freeze until firm. Garnish with additional crushed peppermint candy, if desired. Yield:
