Peppermint Ice Cream
Peppermint Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. half and half, 3 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, 2 c. milk, 3 tbsp. vanilla and 2 c. coarsely crushed peppermint candies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a 6-quart ice cream freezer can stir half and half, condensed milk, milk, vanilla and 1 cup candy.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
(I usually let it chill 4 to 5 hours.)
Then freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's instructions.
Just before freezing time is completed, add the other cup of crushed peppermints.
(It always takes a long time to freeze.)
Ice cream will be soft.
