Perfect Sunday Dinner Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1 1/4 c. warm water, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and add sugar.
Separately beat eggs and 1 cup warm water.
Then add oil and salt.
Add this to the yeast mixture and gradually add the flour.
This will be sticky.
Let stand overnight with waxed paper or paper towel covering it.
Use a large bowl as it will grow.
Before Sunday School, pat out the dough and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place cutouts on a greased cookie sheet and let stand until after church.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes or until brown.
