Petite Cheesecake
Petite Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
Add egg, lemon juice and vanilla and mix well.
Line small muffin tins with papers. Place one wafer in bottom of liner.
Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
Store in refrigerator.
