Petite Cherry Cheesecakes
Petite Cherry Cheesecakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. almond flavoring (i also use butter and vanilla), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put vanilla wafer in the bottom of 12 to? cupcake foil papers, flat side down.
Cream together cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar and flavoring.
Add eggs and mix well. Pour mixture over the vanilla wafers in the foil cupcake papers.
Fill each 3/4 full. Bake at 325Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
