"Philippine" Tuna Noodle
"Philippine" Tuna Noodle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked noodles, 1/4 c. bell pepper, diced, 1/2 c. onion, diced, 1/2 c. celery, diced and 4 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook noodles.
Saute bell pepper, onion and celery in 2 tablespoons margarine.
Add the noodles, mushroom soup, nuts and tuna, mixing thoroughly.
Transfer into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Mix together cheese, bread crumbs and the remaining margarine, melted.
Sprinkle this over the top of the tuna mixture.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
