Pickle's Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Pickle'S Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 roll pillsbury chocolate chip cookies, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 small (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cream together cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Set aside.
Cut cookie roll in 1/2.
Out of each 1/2, cut 16 slices. Much easier if you work with a very cold roll.
(Don't take out of refrigerator until you're ready to cut.)
Place 16 slices on bottom of ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch square cake pan.
Add cheese filling; top with remaining 16 slices.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
