Pineapple Cheese Pie
Pineapple Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well, 1 c. sugar, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 c. sugar and 3 small or 2 regular uncooked pie shells, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix pineapple, sugar and flour in a saucepan and cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar well.
Add eggs and whip until fluffy.
Spread pineapple pie filling in uncooked pie shells until half full, then pour cream cheese mixture on top of filling.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 4O to 45 minutes.
