Pineapple Cheesecake Squares
Pineapple Cheesecake Squares is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. gold medal all-purpose flour, 2/3 c. softened margarine, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. almonds, finely chopped and toasted and 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix 2 cups of flour, margarine, powdered sugar and almonds in a medium bowl with fork until crumbly.
Press firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased, rectangular 9 x 13-inch pan and bake until set, 15 to 20 minutes.
This will be the base of the dessert.
