Pineapple Chicken Stir-Fry
Pineapple Chicken Stir-Fry is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. catsup and 2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Set pineapple aside.
In small bowl, combine cornstarch and juice until smooth.
Stir in vinegar, catsup, brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger.
In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry chicken in 2 tablespoons oil 5 or 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with garlic salt; remove and keep warm.
