Mix yeast together.
Flour and salt. Add 2 cups flour.
Grease bowl and let sit 1 1/2 to 2 hours until dough doubles in size; punch down and refrigerate for
2 hours.
Mix tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, sugar and salt and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Roll out dough and top with favorite toppings.
