Pizza Meat Loaf
Pizza Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. italian sausage, casing removed and crumbled, 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs or italian bread crumbs, 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine ground beef, sausage, cracker crumbs, onion, garlic and egg.
Mix salt and oregano into tomato sauce, reserving 1/4 teaspoon of oregano.
Set aside 1/3 cup seasoned tomato sauce and add remainder to meat mixture.
Form into a loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese and 1 1/4 teaspoon of oregano.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
