Poor Man's Steak
Poor Man'S Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 round steak tenderized, cut into strips, 1 jar mushrooms, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 onion, chopped and 1/4 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Roll steak in mixture and lightly brown both sides in grease.
While cooking steak, saute onion, green pepper and mushroom in butter in a saucepan.
When tender, add cream of mushroom soup.
When steak is brown on both sides, layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In grease from brown steak, add flour and milk to make a little bit of gravy.
Add this to onion, green pepper, etc.
Mixture.
Pour this over steak and cover with Reynolds Wrap.
Cook 45 to 60 minutes at 350Β° until steak is tender.
