Pork and Noodle Casserole
Pork And Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork (lean), ground, 3 small onions, chopped, 1 green pepper, diced, 1 pkg. noodles (small) and 1 can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Fry pork, onions and green pepper in skillet.
Boil noodles until tender.
Add to skillet, along with tomato paste and water. Salt and pepper to taste.
Slice cheese on top and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
