Pork Chow Mein
Pork Chow Mein is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 2 c. sliced onions, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 1 c. sliced celery and 1 c. julienne-cut red or green bell pepper (thin strips), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In 10-inch nonstick skillet heat oil, add onions and garlic. Saute but don't brown.
Add celery and pepper strips.
Saute until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and bean sprouts, saute, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
Add pork and soy sauce and broth mix.
Combine water and cornstarch and stir until dissolved.
Add to skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Sprinkle with onions and serve over rice.
