Pot Roast Patke Style
Pot Roast Patke Style is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. rump roast, cut into large bite-size pieces, 2 to 3 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into large bite-size pieces, 1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut likewise, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 2 pkg. dry onion soup (use 1/2 powdered seasoning of second pkg.; this will reduce the amount of salt), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put roast, potatoes and carrots into a large roasting pan.
Add mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix.
Mix well, using hands if you wish.
Cover and bake in 300Β° oven for three hours.
