Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 c.) bag grated sharp cheese, 1 large bag ore-ida hash browns, 1/2 or 1/4 stick butter or margarine, melted, 1 small container sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Spread margarine in bottom of large, oblong baking dish. Place frozen potatoes in dish.
Mix onion, soup and sour cream with potatoes, then mix in 1/2 of bag of cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of potato mixture and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
