Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed, 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 4 bouillon cubes (chicken), 3 medium onions, chopped and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put potatoes in a large pan with just enough water to cover. Add onions and bouillon.
Cook until tender.
Mash mixture with a potato masher (non-electric).
Add cheese and let it melt.
Then add milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with oyster crackers.
