Pretend Heath Bar Cookies
Pretend Heath Bar Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) tube saltine crackers (maybe a few more), 3/4 c. margarine or butter, 1/2 c. sugar and 12 oz. bag milk chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Line 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with foil.
Spray with Pam. Line with saltine crackers.
Melt 3/4 cup margarine or butter with the sugar.
Slowly pour over crackers; spoon it over, making sure the sugar is mixed into the butter.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350Β°. Remove from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over it.
Let them melt and spread evenly with a knife.
No need to melt the chips first.
Cool completely in the refrigerator, then turn upside down on board and peel the foil off the entire sheet of cookies.
Cut or break into pieces. They keep for a long time if kept in covered container in refrigerator.
