Preheat oven to 350Β°. In large mixing bowl, mix cake mix, pumpkin pie mix and 2 eggs.
Beat at low speed until moistened.
Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Add remaining eggs and topping mix.
Beat at low speed until moistened and medium speed 3 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely.
