Pumpkin Cake with Coffee Frosting
Pumpkin Cake With Coffee Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix, 1 1/2 c. libby's pumpkin pie mix, 4 eggs, 1 (1 3/4 oz.) envelope whipped topping mix and coffee frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°. In large mixing bowl, mix cake mix, pumpkin pie mix and 2 eggs.
Beat at low speed until moistened.
Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Add remaining eggs and topping mix.
Beat at low speed until moistened and medium speed 3 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely.
