Pumpkin Cheese Bake Bars
Pumpkin Cheese Bake Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine and 2 teaspoons pie spice until crumbly.
Press onto bottom of 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in milk, then remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 teaspoons spice and salt.
Mix well.
Pour over crust; sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
Chill; cut into bars.
Refrigerate.
