Pumpkin Cheesecake
Pumpkin Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 tbsp. melted margarine, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed and 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine crumbs and margarine.
Press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake 5 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, spices and salt.
Mix at medium speed until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Mix well after each.
Pour over crust.
Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan.
Remove rim of pan.
Chill several hours.
