Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. pound cake mix, 2 tbsp. melted margarine, 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 14 oz. eagle brand sweetened condensed milk and 16 oz. can pumpkin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large bowl combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly.
Press into bottom of 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk then remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice.
Mix well. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes. Chill.
