Preheat oven to 350Β°. Line a 15x10inch jellyroll pan with foil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Prepare cake as directed adding 1 1/2 teaspoon orange peel at end.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle a towel with powdered sugar; turn cake onto towel, peel off foil.
Roll up cake and towel; cool.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and orange peel in a bowl.
Unroll cake; spread over cake.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Spoon jelly into small bag.
