Quick and Easy Coffee Cake
Quick And Easy Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. buttermilk biscuit mix, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. chopped pecans, 1/2 c. milk and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine 1 1/2 cup biscuit mix, sugar and pecans in mixing bowl.
Add milk, egg, vanilla and oil.
Beat by hand, mixing well. Pour onto greased 8-inch round baking dish suitable for microwave cooking.
Combine remaining ingredients until crumbly.
Sprinkle over batter.
Micro cook 4 to 7 minutes on High.
Rotating dish a half turn after 2 minutes.
Check for doneness at 4 minutes.
The cake is done when the top is almost dry and springs back when touched.
Cool 15 minutes; drizzle with Orange Glaze.
Serves 10 to 12.
